Shocking footage captured the second a Texas faculty official brutally beat a pupil in foster care in a violent faculty bus rampage.
The assault occurred because the bus was delivering kids dwelling to Conroe, Texas, only a day after college students returned to highschool on Thursday.

The Texas Police Department has launched an investigation into the attack and expects to file criminal charges for the attack.
