Later within the episode, the cameras captured a heartwarming trade between 39-year-old Rodgers and 22-year-old cornerback Sauce Gardner.

“One day you’ll be here,” Rodgers tells his youthful teammate. ‘I’ll be actually previous and grey’

The pair have been chatting on the sphere forward of the Jet’s preseason recreation towards the Cleveland Browns within the Hall of Fame Game.

“One day you’ll be here,” Rodgers tells his teammate. “When that happens, I’ll be very old and gray.”

Gardner replies, “Hey man, that’s the plan…my mom always told me to stay a kid as long as possible.

“And it’s like, if I’m actually going to do this little brother, I’m going to get older. Because I have ambitions to play in the league for 40 years.’

Rodgers nods as he replies, “It’s going to take a long time.”
