A BBC spokesperson instructed MailOnline: ‘Helen pays for the clothes she wears on the show and has no relation to the brands tagged.
“She has now removed brand mentions from social posts associated with the program.”
MailOnline has reached out to a Helen representative for comment.
On Friday, Helen shared a photo of herself with some cakes made by Briony May Williams, winner of the 2018 Great British Bake Off.
Bosses of clothing brand Dancing Leopard had also shared a photo of Helen in her pink dress to encourage customers to buy the item, while employees of jewelry brand Loel & Co had shared a photo of Helen wearing one of their necklaces.
It comes after it emerged that Helen was reportedly dating again, a year after her “trust was betrayed” by ex-husband Richie Myler.
The TV presenter announced her retirement from England and Leeds Rhinos rugby league star Richie, 33, in April last year.
Helen, who shares sons Ernie, eight, Louis, five, and 16-month-old daughter Elsie with Richie, is now “reluctantly dipping her toe back into the dating pool.”
