Warners Bay NSW: Driver charged with harmful driving after teen using e-scooter was killed in alleged accident

A teen has been discovered useless on an embankment for hours after an alleged hit-and-run north of Sydney.

A teen who fell off his e-scooter and died off an embankment led to the arrest of a driver north of Sydney.

Police discovered the boy useless in a densely vegetated embankment in Warners Bay round midnight on Saturday.

Officers responded to stories of an accident that occurred round 5:30 p.m. on Friday, police mentioned.

The teenager, who has but to be recognized, was close to the scene of the accident on Macquarie Road alongside along with his e-scooter.

About an hour later, police arrested a 21-year-old man at a Maryland house and charged him with harmful driving leading to dying.

He additionally faces a negligent driving cost and a cost that the incident was a deadly hit-and-run.

The man was launched on bail to seem in Belmont native courtroom on September 13.

His license has been suspended.
